Employees of West Electric not only receive more than 8,000 hours of essential on-the-job training over a five year period, but complete nearly 1,200 hours of classroom instruction through Indianapolis Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (www.iejatc.org). This extreme classroom education culminates with an Associates Degree in Applied Science from IVY Tech State College. 


Our training program enables our workers to learn about the most cost-effective applications offered by today's modern technology, enabling us to provide the most efficient methods in electrical construction.
